1914	Hokkai Middle School Foundation established.
1920	Sapporo Commercial School established.
1948	Hokkai Middle School and Sapporo Commercial School raised to high school status.
1950	Hokkai Junior College established.
1951	Hokkai-Gakuen established as an Educational Corporation.
1952	Hokkai-Gakuen University (Faculty of Economics) established.
1957	Center for Development Policy Studies established, Hokkai-Gakuen University.
1964	Faculty of Law established, Hokkai-Gakuen University.
1965	Department of Business Administration established within Faculty of Economics, Hokkai-Gakuen University.
1968	Department of Civil Engineering and Department of Architecture and Building Engineering established within Faculty of Engineering, Hokkai-Gakuen University.
1970	Graduate School of Economics (Economic Policy) established, Hokkai-Gakuen University.
